Faß 4 comes from slate slopes around the village of Ayl on the Saar. We harvest fully ripe grapes with a fine aroma from very stony vineyards in the original Rauberg and Scheidterberg. From these two sites, we vinify this off-dry mineral Riesling, which is a pleasure for every occasion. Wonderfully low in alcohol (only 9.5 to 10%), but expressive and prancing on the palate.
