The 25th cask in the cellar is our high-quality Ayler Ortswein (village wine) – harmoniously dry fermented. Coming from the eastern slopes of Scheidterberg and Rauberg, it reflects the spicy side of the Ayler Riesling terroir. N° 25 impresses with fine herbal and saline notes. That is why we recommend this wine with Mediterranean-style dishes.
